By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting an estimate. A website submission is a request for contact and does not create a service agreement. Every estimate is custom, and work is scheduled only after the scope, timing, and other applicable terms are confirmed.

If you separately opt in, Carolina Sky Softwash may send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Message types may include estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, technician arrival notices, service updates, payment or account reminders, feedback requests, and occasional promotions when you have separately consented to marketing texts.

Message frequency varies based on your requests, scheduled services, and communication preferences. Consent to receive marketing or service-related text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and for charges imposed by your carrier.

The written estimate identifies the agreed scope. Conditions that are hidden, inaccessible, unsafe, materially different from the information provided, or outside that scope may require a revised estimate. Customers are responsible for providing safe access, securing pets, and disclosing known hazards or fragile areas before work begins.

If an area covered by the agreed scope was missed, contact us promptly so we can review it. When the concern falls within that scope, we will return and address it at no additional charge. The guarantee does not cover permanent staining, pre-existing damage, normal weathering, or conditions outside the agreed work.
