I wanted to build the crew I would hire.
I founded Carolina Sky Softwash in June 2025, right here in Chapel Hill. At the beginning, it was a simple owner-run operation: answer every call, look closely at every property, explain what the surface actually needs, and do the work with care.
That approach caught on. We grew into a four-person crew and a multi-vehicle fleet while keeping the business personal. I am still involved in the work, the standards, and the customer experience. Today, Carolina Sky is the highest-rated exterior cleaning company in Orange County, with 146 five-star Google reviews.
Growth matters to me only if the quality grows with it. The goal is not to rush through more addresses. It is to give every homeowner, business owner, and property manager a clear plan and a result they feel good about.

How we work
We inspect first, choose the method for the material, protect landscaping and nearby surfaces, then clean and rinse with intention. Soft washing belongs on roofs and siding; controlled pressure belongs on durable flatwork.
The guarantee
I want you to see the finished work before we call the job complete. If we missed something covered by the agreed scope, tell us. We will come back and make it right at no additional charge.
