“Great business to work with. Scheduling was easy, and all relative information was obtained upfront. The two techs, Oscar and Jackson, were friendly, punctual, uniformed, well-spoken, efficient, and careful with my house and belongings. I'm sure there are cheaper power-wash services out there, but I'm willing to pay a little more for professionalism and an all-round pleasant experience. Oscar did a great job on the gutters and explained it all to me nicely, before and after. If this business added more services to their menu, I'd hire them for those jobs too, just based on how they do business.”

“Carolina Sky Soft Wash did an excellent job cleaning the gutters at my house. Will came out first to provide the estimate and was professional, clear, and helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done. I also really appreciated how they accommodated my need within their busy schedule and worked with me to get the job taken care of. Jackson then came to do the actual gutter cleaning and did a very thorough job. He also inspected the gutters and roof for any defects or repair needs while he was there, which gave me added peace of mind. The whole process was easy, professional, and well handled from estimate to completion. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Carolina Sky Soft Wash to anyone needing gutter cleaning or exterior cleaning work. I will gladly work with them again when needed for house washing, roof cleaning, and window cleaning.”

“Will and his crew washed my house yesterday. He was responsive, provided a quick estimate, and arrived on time. The house looks good, and the overall work was solid. I did feel there was some upselling despite sharing photos during the estimate. I would have preferred more transparency upfront about what would be considered add-ons, such as pine needle removal, solar panel cleaning, and window washing.”

When I noticed a couple streaks on three of the windows after they had left, one of the crew, Oscar, came back out within a few hours and not only redid those windows but saw some others that needed more care and did those for no extra charge.
